Introduction

At Travel Masters 242, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our services and we believe we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below:

Refunds & Cancellations

If you must cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking date will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds for Incomplete Travel

In the case of trip interruption, if you have already begun your tour or package experience and are unable to complete it due to factors outside of your control, we may offer a partial refund.

Changes to Reservations

Changes made to bookings may be subject to fees based on the nature of the update. This includes date changes, guest count adjustments, and itinerary modifications.

Force Majeure

Travel Masters 242 will not be liable and does not authorize refunds for any bookings, services, or packages that are cancelled, disrupted, or not provided due to circumstances beyond our control, such as war, terrorism, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or pandemics.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
