Charlie began fulltime bread making after working as a chef for more than 20 years. His inhome bakery is now the islands most famous place for rolls and bread. Visitors not only purchase on island, but also order before they arrive and even send shipments home! His specialties are plain, wheat, raisin, and coconut bread, plus roll. Monday Saturday:7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
